Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Donut Hunt account and associated game data directly in the game. If you no longer have access to the game, you can send a deletion request to WEMLOCK.

Delete it in the game

This is the quickest option. In Donut Hunt:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Account → Manage.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion online

If the game is no longer installed or you cannot access your account, email WEMLOCK from the address connected to your Donut Hunt account.

What happens to your data?

Your Donut Hunt account, Cloud Save progress and other data associated with the account will be deleted. You will lose access to saved progress, virtual currency and virtual items tied to the deleted account.

Requests submitted by email are normally completed within 30 days. We may first ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.

Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance. These records are not used to continue the deleted game profile.
